How does this Program compare to other conditioning programs? The FAST Programs are unique; there are no equivalent programs in the world. We use patented equipment designed for and used exclusively by our licensed facilities. The Programs and protocols are scientifically designed and tested with input from exercise physiologists, orthopaedic surgeons, athletic trainers, physical and occupational therapists and other professionals. When followed according to these unique protocol designs, the FAST Programs are guaranteed to improve an athlete's performance.
Who is this Program for?The FAST Programs are for athletes of all ages (starting at age 9-10 years old depending on physical maturity). The Programs are individually modified for each athlete's abilities, so whether you are in junior high, high school, college, the professional leagues or a recreational athlete, you're sure to improve speed, strength, self-confidence and overall athletic performance. Our goal is to help every participant become a better athlete no matter what level they are at when they start the Program.
When should I begin the Frappier Acceleration Program to prepare for my sport? We recommend that athletes start the Program 8-10 weeks prior to the start of the sport season to allow time for rest before the sport begins. To achieve maximal gains, athletes must allow for 10-14 days of rest prior to season training. Best results are achieved when the training is not interrupted.
What can parents learn from the Frappier Acceleration Program?Parents are welcome to participate as much or as little as they choose in their child's training Program. By observing their child's Program they can learn about the biomechanics of the body and how the training sessions are conducted. Parents are then able to provide feedback and support to their child as they go through the training, even after the child has completed the Program. In addition, parents who are interested in keeping their body in top condition for recreational sports/leagues can also participate by enrolling in the Recreational Athlete Program.
