BlueStreak Hockey Acceleration training compares to no other. Science-based training improves the rate at which you can do mechanical work, retraining the body from the inside out- neurologically, metabolically and biomechanically. This allows the athlete to become more efficient while performing hockey specific movements.
Hockey athletes focus on proper skating mechanics and speed development on our Athletic Republic Hockey Treadmill. Athletes also partake in our plyometric and multi-directional sessions where they increase first step quickness, improve upper and lower body power, coordination, and hockey-specific skill development. To yield the best results, we recommend training 2-3 days per week for 6-8 weeks.
