BlueStreak Volleyball Acceleration

Focus will be on power development, footwork and body control. With improved proprioception and body awareness, your foot speed and ball control will improve to make your cuts and jumps even faster and more explosive. You will be training on our patented Athletic Republic Speed Treadmills. This specialized equipment will help you improve your running mechanics by increasing power output and foot speed. Plyometric training will increase first step quickness, reaction time, and overall body control through specifically designed drills to enhance their athletic ability on the volleyball court.

Having the fitness level to maintain your speed and explosiveness throughout an entire game is extremely important for volleyball athletes. Once fatigue sets in, opponents have a clear advantage to take over the game. We focus on speed and endurance to ensure that you will be ready to last an entire game. This program offers the most flexible schedule and covers every aspect of training. The training should take about six to eight weeks to complete and best results are seen if you train 2-3 days a week over that period of time.
