A program for the adult looking to energize their life. Our unique program can be catered to fit the needs of those who are returning from injury, out of shape, or constantly active: we build an appropriate progressive program to get you to your goals. The program is comprised of innovative training geared to shock your body.

The goal of our program is to incorporate interval cardio, functional strength, circuit training, dynamic core strength, resistance band training, and pre-hab exercises in order to sculpt a strong, flexible, lean body.

This Program will run Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays

There is also open gym time available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 am - 12:30 pm

What is the key to this program?

We’ve designed a dynamic program that is designed to shock the body, creating a strong, flexible and lean build. You will get into your best athletic shape which will allow you to do whatever you desire; be it a trip to the grand canyon with your family, a tennis match, or the energy for an evening out on the town in the outfit you’ve been waiting to wear.

I have a personal trainer! How will this benefit me?

If you have a personal trainer, are active at the gym, or in sports, we can offer you something more. We are taking training to another level with new and innovative training you won’t find in a health club.

I’m not in shape! Will I be able to do this?

Don’t let inactivity hold you back any longer. We offer pre-evaluations so that we can fit you with the right program.

How do I know the program works?

Pre & Post-test are offered to gauge programs, measure progress, and set goals.

Can you help decrease my chances of injury?

We will work on your running and movement mechanics as well as look at muscle imbalances and alignment to lesson the chances of injury.
