Programs: Game Time
Our Game Time program consists of 8 sessions which are specifically designed for the in-season hockey player. Scientifically tested and proven, BlueStreak’s Game Time program produces incredible results for all hockey players at every level during the season. Every session follows a unique three period training system giving every player the most innovative and hockey specific training available to get ready for Game Time.
1st Period:
Hockey Treadmill
Skating is the foundation of playing hockey: if you do not have proper skating mechanics, explosive speed, quickness and power, you’re missing out on the opportunity to outmaneuver your competition during Game Time.

- Stride length and stride frequency
- Skating mechanics
- Dynamic sprint speed
- Body composition and awareness
- Acceleration and power
- Overall conditioning
2nd Period:
Synthetic Ice - Stickhandling / Shooting
Stick skills define the hockey player: if your passing is crisp, shooting is deadly accurate and stick handling is deceptive, you will be sure to find the back of the net in Game Time situations.

- Puck control quickness
- Shooting accuracy
- Hand-eye coordination
- Confidence with the puck
- Quick release shooting
3rd Period:
S.A.Q. - Speed/Agility/Quickness
In an average NHL shift, an athlete will change direction 55-67 times. Our S.A.Q. portion of Game Time will incorporate the speed ladder, endurance hurdles, medicine balls, and plyometric training, ensuring that you get to the puck first.
