Programs: Team Training - Hockey
There are two ways to train as a team.
Team Acceleration:
Team Acceleration is specifically designed for hockey teams looking to gain an advantage over the competition during the pre-season. Team Acceleration will enhance your team’s speed, power and strength while giving them the ability to create chemistry away from the rink. In addition coaches can be reassured that all of their players are being taught proper skating, shooting, strength and agility skills that will allow them to start the season ahead of schedule.
The program is scientifically tested and proven. Over the course of 6-8 weeks, the team will schedule 20 (90 – 120 minute) sessions. Team Acceleration has the same focus and dynamics of our individual Acceleration program with the added convenience and advantage of training with your team utilizing our entire facility.
Team Training:
Team Training was specifically designed to help enhance a hockey teams on-ice experience by eliminating the need for on-ice conditioning. This allows the coach to focus on skill and game play development. Team Training is available during the season allowing teams to train as a group and receive the benefits of BlueStreak Sports Training.
Each program consists of 8 training dates each lasting 2 hours long. During the Team Training sessions, teams will be broken into groups rotating from hockey treadmill, plyometric training, synthetic ice skill development, and strength training. These components will allow your team to improve their individual skill, speed, quickness and strength all while allowing the coach to utilize practice time more effectively.
