Nate holds a Level III certification from Athletic Republic and works primarily with baseball players on speed, agility, strength, and durability. He also consults athletes - regardless of sport - on the college recruiting process.
Jason is a certified Master Trainer through Athletic Republic and is TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Fitness Certified with a focus on helping golfers and other rotational athletes stay healthy while developing power and balance where its needed most. Throughout his time at BlueStreak Jason has work to develop a handful of NFL athletes and countless All-Americans in sports that range from lacrosse, to squash to rugby.
Jason specializes in speed development, explosive training and rotational power for all sports and has an extensive background in football, lacrosse and golf.
Adam is an Athletic Republic Level 3 Performance/Hockey Trainer, as well as a USA Hockey Level IV coach. Adam coaches Tier 1 Elite hockey for the Mid Fairfield Jr Rangers. Both his '05 and '07 teams are ranked in the top 5 in the nation for their respective birth years.
Katie is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) as well as a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200). She trains the body and the mind and believes that if an athlete can learn to control their breath during movements, their potential is unlimited.
Katie specializes in functional strength training, corrective exercises and mobility, and speed development.
David holds his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), USAW L1 (USA Weightlifting Level 1 Performance Coach), and is Level 3 certified through Athletic Republic.
David specializes in speed development, strength training, Olympic lifts, and plyometrics for all sports.
TJ is Athletic Republic Level 1 certified. He specializes all aspects of football training along with speed, agility, and quickness development, strength training, and plyometrics for all sports.
Jenna is Level 1 certified through Athletic Republic and is pursuing her CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification.

Conor became an Operations Manager at BlueStreak in 2017. In his primary responsibilities, Hart oversees operations at the BlueStreak House of Sports location and assists in the company's strategic marketing & development strategies.
Prior to joining the BlueStreak team, Hart worked with the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) in Edison, NJ. His responsibilities ranged from conference compliance, media relations & communications, and operations at select MAAC events & championships.
Hart received his Master’s in Sports Administration from Canisius College in 2017 and his Bachelor’s in Coaching from SUNY Cortland in 2013. He has coached basketball and baseball at the high school and middle school level.
He currently resides in Mahopac, NY with his girlfriend and 4-legged friend, Kane. Catch him on the Tee Box with a Red Sox cap on, looking for a good laugh.
Desmond specializes in speed development, agility, footwork, change of direction, first step quickness, strength training, hand-eye coordination and plyometrics for all sports. He also works with football players on skill development.
Some notable athletes Desmond has trained include Jamie Loeb (Tennis Pro: world ranking 132), Jordan Lucas (Miami Dolphins), John Seter (University of Georgia), the National Chinese Women’s Hockey team, the CT Whale (WNHL), and Jhonny Arteaga (NY Redbulls).
Alex specializes in sport specific plyometric, speed and strength training, general adult fitness and works with return to sport athletes. He is Level 2 certified through Athletic Republic. Fun fact: Alex started playing football by an accident as a child, his favorite sport is soccer!
